Symmetry’s Global Mechanism of Action Model Presented at QSAR2014 (Milan, June 16-20, 2014)

2014 May 20 |

At the 16th International Workshop on Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships in Environmental and Health Sciences in Milan (QSAR 2014) Prous Institute will present a poster on SYMMETRY's Global Mechanism of Action (MoA) model and an interesting application of the model to predict the relevant mechanisms of action associated with a binary data set for a given endpoint. A case study is described in the area of drug-induced phospholipidosis (PLD), where binary data has been analyzed with the model and MoAs related to this endpoint are highlighted and compared with those described in the literature.
